Your Tasks
- Support the review and administration of market data vendor agreements, including licensing terms and usage rights.
- Monitor policy updates from exchanges and data vendors and assist in implementing necessary changes internally
- Work closely with Legal, IT, and business teams to clarify data usage questions
- Support vendor onboarding processes and coordinate required documentation
- Assist with reporting, invoice checks, and audit preparations
- Maintain internal documentation, contract repositories and usage tracking records
- Contribute to improving internal processes and knowledge sharing related to market data
Your Profile
- Initial experience in market data services, exchange/vendor management, financial services or a related field
- Interest in market data licensing, exchange policies and compliance topics
- Basic understanding of financial markets and data usage concepts (e.g. licensing, redistribution, usage rights)
- Structured and detail-oriented working style with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working with documentation, reports, and technical systems
- Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
