Job Overview
Are you passionate about financial markets, fixed income products, and the data that drives them? Do you enjoy applying coding skills to automate processes, solve problems, and improve data-driven workflows? Are you ambitious, proactive, and eager to work in a technically oriented environment at the intersection of finance and technology? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our team!
Your Tasks
  • Supporting the development and enhancement of automating workflows for index development, index setup, and product lifecycle processes.
  • Writing and maintaining Python scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve data quality.
  • Supporting internal teams by building small tools, prototypes, or scripts that enable efficient collaboration.
  • Preparing and structuring data collection processes (templates, input channels, data validation, and initial quality checks).
  • Contributing to the creation of client-facing documents such as presentations, reports, and summaries.
  • Gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and client interaction within a dynamic team environment.
Your Profile
  • Enrolled student of Economics with strong IT affinity, or enrolled student in IT/ Business Information Systems/ Engineering with a strong interest in capital markets.
  • Solid programming experience in Python is required (you should be comfortable writing small modules/scripts and working with data structures).
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Git (GitHub/GitLab workflow) is highly desirable.
  • Programming experience with financial database systems is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Good problem-solving mindset with structured, procedural thinking.
  • Independent, precise, and reliable working style, paired with enthusiasm and creative initiative.
  • Very good command of English.
